Mr. Stewart Valencia holds an AV rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Registry, a testament to his esteemed legal standing. With over 26 years of extensive experience in both civil and criminal trial practice, Mr. Valencia has consistently demonstrated his prowess as a seasoned litigator. He commenced his academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida in 1994, subsequently embarking on his legal studies at St. Thomas University School of Law. During his legal education, he achieved the prestigious Dean's List recognition and successfully obtained his Juris Doctor degree, graduating ahead of schedule in December 1997. Shortly thereafter, in May 1998, he was admitted to the Florida Bar.

Mr. Valencia was admitted to the Federal Bar through the United States District Court for the Southern District in January of 2003 and to the United States District Court for the Middle District in November of 2015.

Mr. Valencia has tried over a hundred Federal and State civil and criminal bench and jury trials to verdict. These trials encompass a broad spectrum of cases, spanning from misdemeanor DUI offenses to complex matters such as Homicide, Attempted First Degree Murder, Federal Hobbs Act violations, Conspiracy charges, and a variety of first and third-party state and federal personal injury cases, breach of contract on homeowners and life insurance policies.  His extensive litigation experience extends to cases involving breach of contract in the realms of homeowners and life insurance policies, including complex insurance litigation and medical malpractice.

Mr. Valencia holds memberships in the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association, the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and the Broward County Bar Association. He served as a named partner at Holman, Cohen & Valencia from 2004 before establishing his independent legal practice. In summary, Attorney Stewart Valencia is a seasoned trial attorney.
